Job Title: Production Support Manager
Responsibilities:
- 8-14 years of Operations experience in a 24x7 high-availability production environment.
- Troubleshoot client issues using data analysis and project review.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Apply production upgrades and support products & technologies.
- Incident & Problem Management expertise.
- Experience working in an ITIL environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Support multi-product environments in ATM Switch, Card Management, and Web Banking Systems.
- Experience supporting Java applications and web technologies.
- Linux knowledge is an added advantage.
