About the role:

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. You will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, providing product/service information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

You are someone genuinely excited to help customers. You are a patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative person as well as an active listener, able to advocate for your customer's needs and gather feedback to improve our service.
