As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting payroll operations for employees across North America while being based in Bogotá. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, ensuring payroll processes are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll administration in accordance with the current legislation.
- Ensuring that payroll processes are in compliance with local regulations,



legal and taxation standards, procedures and comply with legislative obligations as well as TMF internal and global guidelines and internal auditing requirements (e.g. ISAE certification).
- Processing of low complexity process that are expected to be processed independently from the beginning to the end such as reconciliation of payroll on monthly basis, data entry, starters and leavers, salary payments and others related.
- Prepare regular client specific and statutory monthly reports.
- Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, including data entry, calculations, and verification of hours worked.
- Support the maintenance of payroll records and employee information in the payroll system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports, including earnings statements, tax filings, and other relevant reports.
