Position: Accounting Analyst (US Accounting)

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Work setup & shift: 100% Onsite | 40H per week (Monday to Friday)

Your Role

As a Accounting Analyst (US Accounting), your detail-oriented demeanor will shine as you maintain the financial integrity of our company and make our accounting processes effortless. On a day-to-day basis, you provide comprehensive financial and administrative oversight, being responsible for preparing and examining critical financial records. The solutions you manage are vast, ranging from accounts payable and receivable to payroll processing, fixed asset accounting, and bank reconciliations. Teamwork and collaboration are key. You will collaborate internally and externally to service company stakeholders, monitor cash levels, and be a dependable team player who ensures deadline precision. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:



Recording and paying accounts payable efficiently; issuing accurate invoices to customers and proactively managing collections.
- Payroll & Employee Payments: Calculating employee pay accurately and issuing timely payments to personnel in accordance with company schedules.
- Financial Reporting & Statements: Creating precise financial statements and related financial reports; accounting for fixed assets and preparing necessary documentation.
- Reconciliation & Cash Monitoring: Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements thoroughly; actively monitoring cash levels to ensure financial stability.
- System Maintenance & Compliance: Maintaining a coherent, organized system of accounts backed by a supporting filing system; performing data entry and administrative duties; collecting critical information as needed for the annual audit.

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Experience: Previous professional experience in accounting, finance, or other closely related fields.
