This is a consultative outbound BDR/SDR role focused on prospecting, lead generation, relationship nurturing, and appointment setting for our U.S. sales team. We're not looking for pressure tactics or high-volume activity. We're looking for someone who builds trust, recognizes buying signals, and creates opportunities through thoughtful follow-up. Think of it like being a great concierge. Someone who pays attention, remembers what matters, and shows up with the right message at the right time.
You'll speak with U.S.-based business owners, executives, and senior decision-makers every day, by phone, so advanced English communication (C1 or higher) is essential.
Compensation:$2,000 – $3,000 USD/month (up to $3,500 USD/month for exceptional candidates)

What You'll Do
- Start genuine conversations with prospects through personalized outreach
- Research prospects and their businesses to personalize outreach and improve engagement
- Generate and qualify opportunities while building a consistent pipeline
- Monitor engagement signals and follow up with context and timing
- Nurture relationships over time across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Schedule qualified meetings when interest and timing align
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and pipeline visibility
- Meet weekly meeting-generation and outreach goals
