This role is roughly half UX/UI and half advertising and campaign design. Not 80/20. Half.
- ~50% UX/UI: landing page experience and conversion design for two major clients, plus UX for an internal eLearning platform launching shortly.
- ~50% campaign and advertising design: go-to-market creative, paid social and display ads, marketing collateral, and brand work.

We're a marketing and UX/UI design agency based in Australia,



working with a portfolio of clients across go-to-market strategy, advertising, and digital experience. Our design team is currently at capacity, and our workload is growing, so we're adding a senior designer who can flex across the work rather than sit in one lane.
What you'll be doing
- Designing and improving landing pages with conversion and user experience in mind, wireframes through to high-fidelity UI in Figma
- Producing advertising creative for paid channels: static and animated ad variants, sized and adapted across placements
- Designing go-to-market campaign assets, launch collateral, social, display, print where needed
- Leading UX for our internal eLearning platform: information architecture, user flows, prototypes, and iterating after launch
- Working inside existing client brand guidelines, and contributing to brand identity work (logo, type, colour, brand systems) when clients need it
