We will count on you to:
- Negotiate with the insurance market for the best terms and conditions for our clients' insurance.
- Comprehensively manage placements and negotiations with both markets and our commercial segments.
- Prepare the deliverables established for business segments.
- Drafts proposal components and develop improvement initiatives in processes and negotiations that help Placement to win new business and opportunities.

What you need to have:
- New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Economics, Administration, Engineering or related careers.
- Internship experience or no more than 4 years, preferably as an insurance broker or general insurance underwriting processes in Property, transportation, financial lines, etc.
