Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work You will support the finance team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. As a Trainee - Purchasing, you’re not just supporting the Finance team – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Learning & Development: Participate in training programs and actively develop purchasing skills.
- Report Preparation: Help compile purchasing reports under supervision.
- Purchasing Reconciliation:



Support weekly reconciliation and purchasing tracking.
- Compliance Checks: Assist in verifying transactions for policy and regulatory compliance.
- System Familiarity: Learn and operate purchasing systems and tools used in hotel.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing team and other departments to support daily operations.
