Credit Assistant

Correctly process credit applications (new limits, renewals, modifications, etc.) and reports, analyzing the information received or requested based on the credit and collection policy established for each country, fulfilling the customer service promise in order to deliver quality credit processes for credit managers' decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Process all credit applications for the assigned region within the established time frame, in order to ensure compliance with the service agreements established with internal and external clients.
- Propose and implement initiatives for the improvement and management of credit, with the aim of creating solutions for the optimization of activities and simplification of tasks.
- Review and control the documentation required for the analysis of credit lines, in order to ensure compliance with the company's compliance and audit policies.
- Communicate inconsistencies and potential risks in any credit process to the business in a timely manner,



in order to provide the information necessary for decision-making and risk control.
- Control, monitor, and analyze the information provided by credit bureaus to ensure that the information provided is impactful, complete, and timely for decision-making.
- Support the updating of the process WIs to guide the correct execution of activities and impacts on other areas.

Requirements
- Technologist with a degree in administration or document management; or fifth-semester university student in administrative fields: business administration, accounting, economics, international business
- Six months' experience in analysis, credit, or customer service
- Proficiency in Office and Gsuite: Basic
