Job Overview:
As part of Perficient, the Salesforce QA Lead is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance project life cycle. This position entails collaborating closely with project managers to gather high-level requirements, collaborating with management for estimating and resource allocation, and providing leadership and guidance to a team of QA Engineers dedicated to the project. The Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead actively engages in SCRUM ceremonies to gain a comprehensive understanding of business needs, development approach, subsequently formulating a test strategy and planning that involves QA resource allocation. This person is the main point of contact for QA activities coordination between upper management, scrum master, lead developer, release engineer and business analyst.



This person should be able to take decisions and push back whenever the team is full of capacity. This position requires solid communication and reporting to upper management.
