We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Solutions Leader to spearhead business development, solution consulting, and enterprise-level CRM transformation initiatives.
This role will drive customer success from pre-sales through implementation and serve as
a trusted advisor to customers pursuing digital sales and customer engagement
Key Responsibilities:
Business Consulting & Requirements Definition
- Understand customer sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes and identify transformation opportunities.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into Dynamics
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, end users, and executive sponsors.
- Define solution scope, roadmap, and implementation strategy for enterprise customers.
- Coordinate business consultants, functional consultants, solution architects, developers, and customer stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and customer expectations.




- Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Solution Delivery & Support Governance
- Oversee Dynamics 365 Sales deployment, integration, testing, and adoption activities.
- Establish support and operational governance models.
- Coordinate general teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Serve as an escalation point for critical customer issues and delivery challenges.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in CRM consulting, enterprise application implementation,
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales projects.
- Proven experience leading enterprise CRM implementation projects.
- Strong background in business process analysis, requirements definition, and
- Experience in consulting firms, system integrators, or enterprise software providers preferred.
