Project overview

This project focuses on stabilizing and improving a multi site ERP system supporting manufacturing and financial operations. The work includes addressing system reliability, adapting functionality for local requirements, and extending integrations with banking and government systems.

Team

You will work in a distributed team that includes ERP developers, business analysts, and functional stakeholders across logistics, production, finance, and quality domains. The team collaborates closely with internal users and external vendors to ensure consistent system performance and ongoing improvements.

Position overview

We are looking for a Senior 1C Developer to support and enhance a live 1C:Enterprise ERP implementation used in manufacturing operations across multiple sites. You will focus on system stabilization, localization adjustments, new functionality development,



and integrations while working closely with business and technical stakeholders in an international environment.

Technology stack

1C Enterprise ERP World Edition, 1C BSL, Data Composition System SKD, REST, SOAP, file exchange mechanisms, client server architecture, RDP access, banking integrations, fiscal systems

Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve system stability issues including runtime errors, session interruptions, and remote access problems
- Fix functional defects across core ERP processes such as goods receipt and issue flows, sales opportunity product search, and access rights configuration
- Adjust tax calculation logic and ensure compliance with local fiscal requirements within the ERP system
- Localize and optimize reporting by removing legacy language elements and designing simplified and accurate management reports
- Configure and enhance CRM functionality including opportunity pipelines, proposal generation, and customer
