General Accounting and Intercompany Analyst

Ensure the recording, reconciliation, and reporting of financial transactions, integrating traditional accounting tasks with advanced analysis, in accordance with accounting standards and industry best practices, to provide information that drives organizational strategy, optimizes operations,



and improves the efficiency of the process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the recording, reconciliation, and preparation of financial reports for the R2A team.
- Optimize operational efficiency and procedures through technology and innovation.
- Perform account reconciliations and propose improvements in clearing and control processes.
- Interact with various stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment in R2A activities.
- Ensure the collection of key indicators for the R2A team to meet goals and for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Professional or final-semester student in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related careers.
- 1 year of experience in financial or accounting roles.
- Financial Analytical Skills and understanding of financial statements, budgets, and basic accounting principles.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $3.000.000 COP Language bonus
