Job Description:
We are searching for the best talent for Procurement Strategy & Capabilities Specialist.
Purpose:
The Strategy & Capabilities Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the execution of One Procurement's strategic priorities, portfolio management processes, and capability development agenda.



This position serves as a key partner to both the Strategy & Portfolio Management team and the Procurement Capabilities team, providing analytical support, business reporting, digital solutions, learning operations coordination, and performance measurement. The role requires a highly analytical and technically savvy professional who can transform data into actionable insights, automate processes, manage reporting tools and dashboards, and coordinate key learning initiatives that enable capability growth across the integral procurement organization. Approximately 50% of the role will support Procurement Strategy and Portfolio Management, while 50% will support Procurement Capabilities and Learning programs.
