- Push craft and motion quality across the team.
Requirements
- 4+ years designing complex SaaS or consumer products.
- Strong portfolio of shipped work — not concepts.
- Fluent in Figma, prototyping and design tokens.
- Comfortable defending decisions with rationale, not taste.
