We are seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on technical work with guiding others toward successful project outcomes. Responsibilities
- Guide the technical direction of software projects from initial concept through to deployment




- Review code submitted by team members and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards
- Break down complex technical requirements into manageable tasks for the development team
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to help team members grow their technical skill sets
- Coordinate with product managers and stakeholders to align development efforts with business goals
- Identify potential technical risks early and develop mitigation strategies
- Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices across projects
- Support the onboarding process for new team members joining the development team
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to drive project momentum
- Track project progress and communicate updates on timelines and deliverables to relevant parties
