Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst for a top integral testing, inspection, and certification client. This candidate will join a global cybersecurity organization supporting enterprise-wide detection and response efforts across a worldwide digital environment. They will be responsible for triaging and investigating security alerts, handling Level 2 SOC tickets, coordinating remediation with technical teams, and improving security monitoring capabilities. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level to senior cybersecurity professional who enjoys hands-on incident response, global collaboration, and working with modern security tools across SIEM, EDR, AWS, endpoint, and O365 environments. This cybersecurity analyst will handle 10-50 tickets per day.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Mid-level to senior Cybersecurity Operations, Security Monitoring, Incident Response, or equivalent technical security experience




- Experience handling Level 2 security tickets from an external Managed SOC / Managed Solutions environment
- Ability to triage, investigate, validate, and remediate SOC alerts across security domains
- Experience with ticket types including O365, AWS, endpoint, and SIEM alerts
- Strong understanding of networks, operating systems, security controls, cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques
- Ability to coordinate incident response and remediation activities with technical teams
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments
- English written & verbal communication
