The Senior Manager Digital Commerce Innovation shapes, enhances, and accelerates new and existing digital business models across Latin America, including social commerce, WhatsApp sales, agentic commerce, conversational commerce, and other future commerce opportunities. The role translates consumer needs, market trends, and business opportunities into clear strategies, commercial models,



and execution plans that can be delivered cross-functionally.

The role requires strong business acumen, P&L; understanding, consumer-first thinking, and project leadership to define business models across product, pricing, promotion, and placement while balancing consumer impact, operational feasibility, technical complexity, and speed to market.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Model Strategy & Innovation
- Define the strategic roadmap for new digital commerce business models in Latin America, prioritizing opportunities based on consumer relevance, revenue potential, scalability, and business impact.
- Design clear business models across product, pricing, promotion, placement, operational requirements, success KPIs.
- Build business cases with P&L; logic, investment needs, expected impact, risks, dependencies, and recommendations for decision-making.
- Leverage data, AI, and automation (algorithmic targeting, recommendation
