innovation and transformation initiatives at our Cartagena, Colombia site. This position will play a key role in delivering high-complexity projects, connecting business needs with efficient, sustainable and operationally viable technical solutions.
Accountabilities
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure strong governance and compliance with corporate policies, internal procedures and applicable legal requirements across engineering, investment and project-execution processes.
- Ensure appropriate documentation, traceability, approvals and decision controls throughout the project life cycle.
- Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, risk management and compliance in interactions with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.

CAPEX Management:
- Ensure investments are efficiently directed toward initiatives with the greatest strategic and financial impact.
