What You’ll Do

We’re looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of customers, operations, product, and technology. In this role, you’ll work directly with healthcare organizations to understand their workflows, identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption, and help deploy solutions that create measurable impact.
- Support the implementation and rollout of AI solutions across healthcare organizations.
- Work directly with customers to understand their operational workflows and business needs.




- Help ensure successful adoption of Telepatia AI products from onboarding through go‑live.
- Configure and support integrations between customer systems and Telepatia AI products.
- Develop simple automations, workflows, and technical solutions to solve customer problems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams when deeper technical support is required.
- Analyze customer processes, operational metrics, and performance data.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and product enhancements.
- Serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams.
- Provide feedback that shapes product priorities and new feature development.
- Help design scalable workflows that can be replicated across multiple customers.
