Role overview

The Head of Finance will act as a strategic partner to the business, providing financial insight, oversight, and operational leadership across a multi-country scope.

This role combines strategic advisory responsibilities with hands‑on ownership of core finance activities, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.



The position requires a leader who is comfortable operating both at a high level and within day‑to‑day financial operations.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leadership to support decision‑making through financial analysis, planning, and performance tracking
- Lead and develop LATAM regional finance function, ensuring alignment with broader organizational standards
- Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, and close processes
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and statutory reporting across multiple countries
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and risk management practices
- Oversee cash flow, credit management, and coordination with external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, advisors)
