Job Description Network Operations Coordinator

Position Summary
The Network Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing Level 3 technical support for GPON (FTTU) and Managed WiFi networks, ensuring network stability, performance, and service continuity through effective troubleshooting and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for GPON (FTTU) and Managed WiFi services.
- Resolve escalated incidents from the Service Desk.
- Configure and maintain switches, routers, and wireless infrastructure.
- Support IGMP, multicast, and VLAN configurations.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement network performance improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in Network Operations.
- Hands‑on experience with GPON networks and Managed WiFi environments.
- Strong Layer 2/Layer 3 troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of switching, routing, wireless technologies, IGMP, multicast, and VLANs.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
