About The Role

As the Continuous Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all Continuous Improvement (CI) activities at the Bilbao site. You will partner closely with plant leadership, production, engineering, and operations teams to identify productivity opportunities, improve key performance indicators, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.





You will serve as the site focal point for the Bunge Production System (BPS) and support the implementation of CI methodologies that drive operational excellence, efficiency, safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement Leadership
- Lead and coordinate the site's Bunge Production System (BPS) program.
- Drive the implementation of the Continuous Improvement pillar within BPS.
- Identify productivity opportunities across the site and develop an annual productivity roadmap aligned with Plant Leadership.
- Support the improvement of operational KPIs through structured CI methodologies and project execution.
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement events, including: Kaizen workshops, DMAIC projects, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Yellow Belt projects
- Promote a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence throughout the plant.
