About The Project

Our client is a general e-commerce leader operating a large-scale, service-oriented technology estate with complex cloud infrastructure. They are modernizing their content authoring and knowledge-management platform by introducing Agentic AI to level up how content teams work — replacing dated,



legacy authoring tools with a modern, integrated experience. The content spans both internal-facing and external-facing material, so the platform must accelerate content creation and reduce time-to-produce while keeping every piece compliant with the client’s brand voice, tone and guidelines. Our team is building the foundation that powers this initiative: a content platform and an agentic layer on top of it. The platform acts as a system of record for a large content estate, so it must be engineered for low latency, high performance, scalability and reliability, with clean integration across multiple downstream services.
