About The Role

This is a hands-on execution role focused 100% on active sourcing.



You will proactively identify and engage high-quality talent across multiple functions and seniority levels using multiple sourcing channels, advanced search techniques, and thoughtful outreach.

Success requires high-output execution, strong judgment, persistence, excellent communication, and the ability to operate with urgency in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Active Sourcing
- Proactively source candidates across multiple job boards, platforms, and sourcing channels
- Use advanced Boolean search techniques to identify strong talent
- Build pipelines across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Identify strong passive candidates
- Partner closely with recruiting and hiring managers to align on hiring needs.

Candidate Outreach
- Write outbound messaging that drives candidate engagement
- Qualify candidates early in the process
- Move qualified candidates into the recruiting workflow
