Campaign Coordination and Execution:
Reporting & Administration:
Support campaign reporting and measurement, including reporting updates through PowerBI and performance analysis in collaboration with stakeholders. Create and manage CRM campaign records and hierarchies to ensure data accuracy, attribution integrity, and consistent reporting.:
Marketing Technology:
Support campaign execution through effective use of marketing technology, including enterprise marketing automation platforms, CRM, and campaign tracking tools. Partner cross‑functionally to manage asset development, form setup, integrations, and reporting, while supporting the transition to Marketing Cloud and building or maintaining assets directly within the platform as needed.:
Experience and Attributes:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.




- Hands‑on experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketing Cloud preferred).
- Hands‑on experience using Salesforce CRM, including campaign creation, lead management, and reporting.
- Proven experience launching and supporting marketing campaigns in the LATAM region.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into optimization insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
