Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project Ownership
- Lead BI initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and stakeholder adoption.
- Independently drive projects with mínimal direction, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrate accountability for project success rather than task completion.

Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics solutions using SQL as the primary language.
- Analyze large-scale enterprise datasets containing hundreds of millions of records.
- Create actionable insights that support strategic planning, business optimization, and operational decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency,



and quality through rigorous validation and attention to detail.

AI & Agentic Solutions
- Build, evaluate, test, and optimize AI-powered workflows and agents within BI environments.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of agentic AI capabilities that enhance business intelligence functions.

Automation & Optimization
- Drive process improvements through automation and intelligent workflow design.
- Develop scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and increase team productivity.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline reporting, analytics, and operational processes.

Required QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Advanced SQL expertise with experience working on large-scale enterprise data environments.
