Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant to join a growing US-based organization supporting multiple operating companies.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and working closely with business leadership.

Responsibilities
- Own the complete month-end close process
- Prepare journal entries
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Prepare management reports
- Perform variance analysis
- Maintain weekly KPI reporting
- Support ERP implementation and optimization
- Assist with post-acquisition accounting
- Support accounting integration for newly acquired entities
- Improve accounting workflows and internal controls
- Collaborate with finance leadership on process improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience




- Experience independently owning the month-end close process
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience preparing financial statements and management reporting
- Strong balance sheet reconciliation experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using ERP or accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Willing to work primarily during US Eastern Time business hours

- Experience supporting US-based companies
- Experience in multi-entity accounting
- ERP implementation or migration experience
- CPA or equivalent accounting qualification
- Public accounting experience
- Experience improving accounting processes or internal controls
- Experience supporting high-growth or acquisition-d
