Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:40 PM EST (Includes a 30-minute break)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM EST
- Pay:$7.00/hour base + Performance Commissions (Training period: $3.00/hr for first 5 days)
- Payment Schedule: Paid weekly, every single Tuesday

Key Responsibilities
- Sell Value Before Price: You must be able to help clients understand that they are not simply purchasing cleaning hours. They are investing in professionalism, reliability, consistency, peace of mind, and time back in their lives.
- Prepare and Explain Quotes: Provide accurate pricing according to company guidelines. Clearly explain the recommended service, what is included, estimated price, labor hours, additional labor-hour pricing, retainer requirements, payment procedures, and cancellation policies. Enter complete and accurate information into Jobber without unauthorized discounts.
- Handle Objections & Close the Sale: Every qualified conversation should include a clear attempt to book. You will be expected to:
- Ask directly for the booking and offer available dates/times.
- Guide the client toward making a decision and confirm the selected service.
