We are looking for a Payroll Specialist - Brazil to join our Payroll Operations team.
This full-time position is adecuado for an experienced Brazilian payroll professional who can serve as a trusted resource for complex payroll matters and is passionate about accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll lifecycle in Brazil, resolving complex payroll issues, ensuring compliance with Brazilian payroll and labor requirements, and partnering with internal teams and external providers to deliver accurate and timely payroll outcomes.
- How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations for Brazil, including payroll processing, validations, reconciliations, adjustments, and payroll close activities.
- Review and resolve complex payroll matters related to earnings, deductions, benefits, taxes, social contributions, garnishments, leaves, and other payroll-related transactions.
- Manage and validate Brazilian payroll requirements, including INSS, FGTS, IRRF, 13th salary, vacation payments (férias), terminations (rescisões), and other statutory payments and deductions.
