ABOUT US

SSC Telesales Company SAS is a company specialized in innovative sales and customer service solutions. We focus on operational excellence and the growth of our team, promoting a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

You will be responsible for contacting residential customers in the United States to offer them electricity and/or gas plans. Your role is to open and close sales from the initial call through to contract confirmation. You will work with qualified leads and structured scripts in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact residential customers via phone in English
- Present and explain energy plans (electricity and/or gas)




- Handle objections and close sales within the same call
- Record customer information in the CRM system
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets

REQUIREMENTS:
- English level B2 (mandatory — sales are 100% in English, also in spanish)
- Experience in phone sales, call center or telemarketing (preferred)
- Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing skills
- Basic CRM knowledge
- Effective communication, results-driven mindset and proactive attitude
