This strategic, hands-on leadership role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, business performance, organizational scalability, and AI-powered transformation across the company. Working closely with executive leadership, the VP will ensure alignment across all functions while building the systems, processes, and accountability needed to support continued growth.

Position Summary

- Partner directly with executive leadership to define and execute company-wide growth strategies.
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team responsible for organizational performance, scalability, profitability, and execution.
