At Lockwood Buyers, a rapidly growing real estate investment and wholesaling firm, we are expanding our remote team. We are looking for a confident, highly persuasive Acquisitions Manager to take over deals that are already in motion. In this Acquisitions Rep role, your sole focus will be turning warm leads into signed revenue.

Our setters do the heavy lifting: they pre-qualify motivated sellers and schedule the calls directly on your calendar. Zero cold calling. Zero prospecting. Your only job is running the conversation, understanding the seller, and getting the agreement signed.

What You’ll Do
- Take scheduled, warm calls with pre-qualified property sellers.
- Build genuine rapport and uncover the seller's unique situation and motivation.
- Review property details and market comps to structure and present fair offers.
- Negotiate effectively to secure signed contracts that work for both sides.
- Keep detailed, up-to-date notes on all active deals within our CRM.




- Execute consistent follow-ups to drive deals across the finish line.

Who You Are
- Experience Required: You have a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience specifically closing real estate wholesaling deals.:
- You have a strong track record as an Acquisitions Manager, Acquisitions Rep, or similar direct-to-seller closing role.
- You are highly confident and comfortable guiding high-stakes conversations on the phone.
- You possess crystal-clear communication and active listening skills.
- You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple active deals at once.
