About the Role
We are seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Engineer (Project Lead) to lead the
design and technical execution of next-generation data center developments.
This individual will play a central role in shaping how large-scale
infrastructure is designed, deployed, and scaled across key markets, with
environments engineered to support high-density compute workloads and future
growth.
This role is focused on the infrastructure that is developed and delivered, not
on land acquisition or monetization strategies. The adecuado candidate brings a
combination of deep engineering expertise, real-world project delivery
experience, and a forward-looking perspective on data center infrastructure,
power systems, and thermal management.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Leadership
* Lead end-to-end design and execution of large-scale data center campuses
(50MW–100MW)
* Establish and refine design standards across electrical, mechanical, and site
infrastructure
* Develop modular, repeatable design frameworks to accelerate deployment
timelines

Grid-Power-Centric Infrastructure
* Design infrastructure anchored by utility-scale grid power availability
* Architect efficient power distribution systems, including:
* Medium and high-voltage distribution
* Reduced conversion architectures
* Scalable redundancy strategies (N+1, 2N, etc.)
* Coordinate closely with utilities on load delivery, interconnection, and
phasing
