About Position:
- Help us deliver thousands of handmade toys and products to families around the world
- 90% of all interaction is through email/customer service computer portal
- Answer questions from potential customers regarding product and services
- Assist with placement of orders, cancellations or modifications
- Resolve product or service problems by understanding the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting/explaining the best resolution to the problem.
