Overview
The Channel Partnerships Enablement (CPE) team is seeking a Partner Operations Coordinator to support the growth and scale of Mastercard's partnerships ecosystem through operational excellence, partner onboarding, platform administration, and process optimization.

As Mastercard continues to expand its channel partnerships globally, the Mastercard Partner Advantage Portal has become a critical capability supporting partner engagement, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing collaboration.



This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while driving improvements that enhance partner experience, operational scalability, and data quality.

Role

In This Role, You Will
- Support operational management of the Partner Advantage Portal ecosystem, ensuring a seamless experience for partners and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate partner onboarding activities, user provisioning, account administration, and platform access management.
- Investigate operational issues, troubleshoot root causes, and coordinate resolution with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to support platform adoption and continuous improvement.
