- You are proficient in Reports, Microsoft 365, Key performance indicators (KPIs), Dashboards, CRM systems.
- You have +2 years experience in Sourcing, Research, Recruitment, Procurement, Lead generation.
- English - Conversational
- Spanish - Fully fluent

Responsibilities and more:

Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Sourcing Team Leader to join our growing team in Bogotá (Calle 93).
- Location: Onsite, Bogotá - Calle 93.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Language Requirement: Fluent English.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sourcers.




- Ensure achievement of volume, quality, and productivity KPIs.
- Monitor sourcing performance through reports and dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies and processes.
- Partner closely with Prospecting and Purchasing teams to align business priorities.
- Conduct training, onboarding, and performance coaching sessions.
- Maintain high-quality standards and data accuracy across CRM platforms.

Requirements:
- Previous experience leading teams (1-2 years preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, lead generation, research, procurement, or related fields.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, coaching, and organizational abilities.
- Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
