About the Role

We are looking for a Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience recruiting IT profiles. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us grow our teams across Latin America. The idóneo candidate understands the local Columbian talent market and is familiar with local employment practices and labor legislation, and knows how to attract and engage engineering, data, and other IT professionals.

Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience
- 4 + years of hands-on recruitment experience within technology companies, startups, or international IT environments.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple technical roles simultaneously, with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
- Strong understanding of technical profiles, including Data Engineering, AI and Machine Learning, DevOps, Software Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Assurance.
- Practical knowledge of talent markets and recruitment practices across Latin America; experience hiring in the U.S. and/or Europe will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, professional communities, referrals, and other relevant channels.
