As part of our continued growth in LATAM,
we are expanding our presence in Colombia
, and we are looking for a
Customer Experience & Community Specialist
to become one of the key faces of Scorp in the country.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly proactive, commercial, and people-oriented person, your mission will go beyond traditional customer support. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our users and agencies while also supporting
local marketing, community building, social media initiatives and events.
As our first local team member in Colombia, you will have a high level of ownership and visibility, acting as a




local ambassador for Scorp and a key connection between our general teams, users, agencies, creators, and local communities.

We are especially interested in candidates who understand the
Colombian digital, social media, streaming, creator, and LGBTQ+ communities
, and who are passionate about building inclusive and engaging digital experiences.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in
Customer Support, Customer Experience, Community Management, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, or similar roles
.
- Experience working with
social media, digital platforms, live streaming, content creators, agencies, or online communities
is highly desirable.
- Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to
identify opportunities, persuade, negotiate, and build partnerships
.
- Highly proactive, energetic, and comfortable taking initiative without constant supervision.
- Strong customer orient
