AI Case Leads is growing, and we're looking for a Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to join our team

If you enjoy finding great talent, building relationships with candidates, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Reach out to qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage multiple open positions and maintain an organized candidate pipeline.
- Keep our ATS and recruiting tracker up to date.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of recruiting or talent sourcing experience (agency or in-house).
- Experience recruiting for remote positions is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet hiring deadlines.




- English proficiency (written and spoken) is preferred.

Base Salary:
$1000 USD/month
- ? Performance Bonuses
based on:
- Meeting monthly interview scheduling goals.
- Hires who remain with the company for
60 days
.
- Successfully filling hard-to-fill roles within the expected timeline.
