About the client:

Our client is a
general leader in AI-powered, video-first platforms
, used by enterprises, media companies, and educational institutions worldwide. We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Tier 1) who will join the global support team.

Main responsibilities:

The TSE will provide support services and consulting the consumers of our client's software products and/or services in connection to installation, utilization and support of platform products, provide answers to technical problems or how-to questions, collect the required technical information from the consumers of the client’s platform and/or services. They use Salesforce, Internal Admin Consoles, MS Teams, Confluence, Jira.

Must-have skills:
- Previous support experience needed (preferably technical support)
- Excellent customer service skills and effective learning skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to details




- Some technical background (networking/html/databases/API, etc)
- Strong English communication and writing skills

Additional requirements:
- Stable internet connection
- CPU @ 2.00 GHz & RAM 4 GB/Internet speed - 20 Mbps (download & upload);
- Licensed OS (latest versions are preferred);
- You. should be ready that additional software will be installed by the client's team for the security purposes.

Advantage, not mandatory:
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking (TCPIP protocols) — not setup or configuring, just navigating experience
- Basic technical knowledge with one or more of the following domains: HTTPS, Proxy, HTML, database (SQL queries)
- Computer science, industrial engineering, or business administration studies is a big plus.
