Required for this role
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Experience working with MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and system scalability.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis for backend data management.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in containerized environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within distributed teams through clear communication and accountability.

Your responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang).
- Build APIs and integrations to support new features and ongoing product initiatives.
- Improve the performance, stability, and scalability of existing backend services.
- Collaborate with engineers to design and deliver reliable technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.




- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve development workflows through automation and process optimization.
