Customer Success Manager — Hybrid (Remote in South America considered)

We’re looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to own onboarding, retention, and expansion for a portfolio of mid-market customers. This role is hybrid, with candidates based in South America eligible for remote work.

What you’ll own
- Manage a portfolio of 50+ mid-market accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Lead onboarding and ensure new customers achieve time-to-value quickly and consistently.
- Drive retention and reduce churn through proactive health checks, adoption programs, and relationship-building.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell) in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
- Monitor account health and metrics, create playbooks for recurring issues, and surface product feedback.

What you bring
- 3+ years of Customer Success experience at a SaaS company.
- Proven experience managing mid-market accounts and retaining/expanding revenue.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.




- Data-informed approach to tracking account health and measuring success.
