GLOBAL IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST – BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA

We are looking for a Global IT Support Specialist to take ownership of IT operations and provide end-to-end technical support across Colombia, Mexico, Belize, and the Philippines.

This role is ideal for an IT professional who is comfortable working independently and taking full responsibility for user support, infrastructure, IT assets, vendors, procurement, and the implementation of a new office in Bogotá.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Tier 1–3 technical support to integral users.

• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, hardware, software, networking, VPNs, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.

• Manage user accounts, access, licenses, Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.

• Manage IT assets, inventory, procurement, vendors, and equipment logistics.

• Coordinate hardware purchases, shipments, and local IT suppliers.

• Lead the IT setup and infrastructure deployment for the new Bogotá office.

• Configure and deploy computers, networking equipment, Wi-Fi, firewalls, telephony, and other IT infrastructure.





• Work independently as the primary IT resource for the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or IT Administration.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.

• Experience with MDM solutions such as Intune or Jamf is a plus.

• Experience with IT asset management, procurement, and vendors.

• Experience supporting office or infrastructure deployments.

• Fluent English and Spanish.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

LOCATION & WORK SETUP

This position is open exclusively to candidates currently based in Bogotá, Colombia. Candidates located in other Colombian cities will not be considered.

The position will initially be Work From Home and will transition to 100% onsite in Bogotá once the new office is operational.
