Advanta autism care center provides high-quality, individualized in-home services for children with autism and their families. Our team is passionate about making a positive difference through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and family-centered care. We are looking for a dedicated Scheduler to join our team and help coordinate care for the children and families we serve.

Position Summary:
The Scheduler plays a vital role in ensuring therapy sessions are delivered on time and with consistency. This position is responsible for coordinating staff schedules, matching providers with families, and maintaining efficient communication between therapists, supervisors, and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain staff schedules for in-home ABA services.
- Match therapists with client availability and preferences.
- Monitor schedule changes, cancellations, and reschedules to minimize service disruption.
- Communicate schedule updates to staff and families promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team to ensure optimal service coverage.




- Track staff hours and ensure compliance with company and funding source requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to families and team members.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous scheduling, administrative, or healthcare coordination experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with families and staff.
