We’re Looking for a Freelance Video Editor

Windsor Collection is looking for a talented freelance video editor to help us produce polished, engaging content across YouTube, podcast platforms, our website, and social media.

This role will support a range of projects within Windsor’s media and luxury real estate brands.

Projects may include:

Producing cinematic videos for websites and brand campaigns

Selecting and incorporating B-roll and stock footage

Creating clean titles, lower thirds, transitions, and motion graphics

Improving pacing, storytelling, audio quality, and visual consistency

Incorporating AI-generated visuals when appropriate footage is unavailable

Creating short-form clips, YouTube Shorts, and Reels from long-form content

We’re particularly interested in editors with experience in:

• Video podcasts and multi-camera interviews

• Luxury, travel, hospitality, or real estate content





• Editorial and documentary-style storytelling

• Website and brand films

• Motion graphics and visual storytelling

• Creating strong short-form clips from longer episodes

The adecuado editor has excellent attention to detail, strong creative judgment, and an understanding of how to make long-form content feel polished without over-editing it.

This is a
freelance, pay per hour position
, not per project, with the potential for consistent ongoing work.
