Role Description
The Recruitment Coordinator is a remote, contract role responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the U.S. energy sector. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications throughout the hiring process. The role involves maintaining accurate applicant tracking records, supporting interview logistics across time zones, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.



The Recruitment Coordinator will also collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, provide regular status updates, and help refine recruitment workflows and practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills to support candidate selection, evaluate fit, and assist with structured interview processes.
