We work with leading brands in retail, banking, food and consumer goods, and insurance across Mexico, LATAM and the United States, and we are strengthening our commercial team for the US market with an AI-powered outbound model.
The opportunity
We are looking for an Account Executive with fluent English to complement our commercial team for the United States market, selling our support, upgrade and rescue services for Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Adobe Experience Manager. It is a productized offering with defined scope and pricing, short sales cycles and recurring revenue.
You will not feed someone else’s pipeline: the full cycle is yours. You generate your own demand with a modern AI stack, you present the offer and you close. Outbound is the heart of the role, complemented by qualified inbound leads coming through company channels.
On the technical side you are not alone: a senior technical presales engineer with fluent English joins you for deep-dive sessions and scoping.
You will report directly to the Commercial Director: direct access to leadership, fast decisions, and no layers between what you learn in the field and how the strategy adapts.

What you will achieve
- Build and operate your own outbound prospecting engine on an AI stack, generating qualified pipeline consistently and predictably month over month.
- Book and run meetings with merchants and digital teams in the United States, presenting a productized offer.
- Close recurring support contracts and upgrade projects, with clear revenue targets.
