El Commercial Process Specialist será responsable de la creación, diseño, desarrollo, implementación y administración técnica de soluciones de software, con el propósito de digitalizar, mejorar y automatizar procesos. Además, generará herramientas que serán empleadas para el procesamiento de datos que permitan realizar actividades de análisis de negocio, control y mejora de procesos para el área de Commercial Excellence y ocasionalmente para otras áreas habilitadoras.

Dado que el alcance es transversal, es fundamental desarrollar un sólido conocimiento de los manuales de operaciones (SOP’s) de cada equipo. Esto debido a que las soluciones implementadas deben considerar el máximo nivel de detalle involucrado de cada actividad que soporten y su posible conexión con procesos externos.
