We are looking for a
LATAM CRM & Player Lifecycle Specialist (Mexico Market)
with deep insights into the Mexican online gambling (iGaming) and sports betting landscape, paired with strong data sensitivity and local cultural awareness.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end player lifecycle for Mexican users. Leveraging a data-driven CRM strategy and localized communication channels (
WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications
), you will analyze betting behaviors across
Liga MX, Crash games (e.g., Aviator), Video Bingo, and Slots
. By seamlessly integrating local Mexican payment methods (
SPEI / OXXO
), you will design high-converting onboarding journeys, retention programs, churn reactivation campaigns, and cross-selling strategies to maximize Player Lifetime Value (LTV).

? Key Responsibilities

1. New Player Acquisition & First Deposit Activation

Localized Onboarding Journey Design:




Map out frictionless onboarding journeys tailored to Mexican payment habits (
SPEI instant transfers and OXXO cash deposits
) to maximize the First Deposit Rate (FDR).

Instant Gratification & Demo Mechanics:
Leverage local player psychology focused on "instant gratification" by designing exclusive welcome rewards—such as Free Spins, Crash game demo bonuses, or Liga MX Free Bets—to shorten the decision-making time for first deposits.

2. Player Retention & Loyalty Management

Data Segmentation & Automated Journeys:
Perform granular RFM segmentation based on behavioral data, setting up high-engagement automated marketing journeys using CRM tools.

Localized Sports Events & Cultural Festivals:
Capitalize on major sports events (Liga MX Finals, Copa América, championship boxing matches) and cultural holidays (
Día de Muertos, Mexican Independence Day
) to launch high-engagement prediction contests,
